All Sales Final (with exceptions)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we accept replacement under the conditions outlined below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement

2. Non-Returnable Items

To protect hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

3. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information

  • Reshipping fees may apply
